This year the Salinas Valley Fair will host the Champion Timed Event Rodeo Association. This Association was organized for participants who are over 40 years of age and still love to Rodeo. Competing against the same age groups gives them a chance to continue to compete in a sport they love with a great competitive opportunity.

Salinas Valley Fair Announces 2013 Fair Theme Contest

The Salinas Valley Fair seeks your submission for the 2013 Fair theme! Contestants are encouraged to submit ideas for the 2013 Salinas Valley Fair, focusing on any facet of the Fair, or using the year 2013. Themes should be eight words or less and the words do not need to rhyme. Multiple theme ideas can be submitted per entrant. Entrants can be of any age and need not be a resident of Monterey County.

Salinas Valley Fair Wins Advertising Awards

The Western Fairs Association recently released its annual list of awards for outstanding marketing of fairs across the western United States and Canada. In the Small Fairs division, the Salinas Valley Fair won first place for Outdoor Advertising.
